Woo hooo weighed myself yesterday and guess what I loss 500g!! If I didn't eat last Friday maybe I could have loss even more weight! If I can lose 500g every week I will be a very happy man. Not sure if my old weighing machine is accurate though, I think I'm going to buy a digital one to view the readings more precisely.

Since it was quite cheap (only $1.99) and the reviews of this app were all very positive I quickly used my finger to touch the buy now button, key in my password and yay I bought it and it was automatically installed within a min! Yup its sooo easy to get an app on your iPhone! Sorry new iPhone fanboy here he he.

Study Aid - This will be very useful for my mid semester examination which is coming soon. If it really works, I will definitely announce it on my blog :). If its good I'm sure you will see lots of parents buying iPhones for their kids or researching on binaural tones.
Coffee - Don't drink too much coffee, its bad for your health. Listen to this virtual caffeine instead to keep you awake for those long nights. Can't use this in those long meetings at work though.
Headache Treatment - If you don't have panadols with you or want to save money, listen to this instead.
Fast Growth/Healing - If only I had this earlier than maybe I could have been taller. Can still use the healing function though.
PMS Relieve - Guys who have girlfriends with moods swings often, get this! Its very important for one of those days. Not sure if you can convince her to listen to it. Don't think I have the chance to use this function in the near future so sorry can't test it out to see if it works.

Yesterday I was stuck in my fathers car for more than an hour with no air condition turned on. Did not get out of the car as I'm actually allergic to the sun :( ... if you are in Singapore with no air com on in a car which is not moving, its hell! Because of this and maybe the rather irritating process of looking for floor plans an hour before I got quite a bad headache which even a few sticks of cigs could not cure actually maybe it made it worse lol.
