Yesterday (Tuesday) I officially started my special diet plan for lazy people. Because I'm lazy I always find the most efficient way to do things so I will try to find the easiest method to lose some weight. And no I'm not going to some slimming center or have liposuction because I'm a cheapskate. I like food so I will continue to eat food even if they are those unhealthy ones. But of course I will eat less.
My normal diet is eat anything I can find for lunch and dinner time eat da bao food (usually unhealthy) from Monday to Sat. Sunday usually order food for lunch and dinner father will buy back.
So my first experiment will be this:
1) Eat anything I can find for lunch, might snack a little in the afternoon if hungry dinner ONLY fruits (Monday to Friday)
2) Sat and Sunday, and special occasions free to eat anything for lunch and dinner :)
I will do this for a week and see how it goes. If not successful in losing a single gram of weight, will make a little adjustment here and there like no snacking, eat lesser on weekends and maybe and (hopefully not) exercise! I will experiment a little here and there till I find the best method for me.
My current weight is a heavy 65kg. I'm short so this is considered heavy. I used to be around 50kg with the same height!! Really gained a lot of weight recently. Okay so now I have blogged my plan and not just think about losing weight, I am pretty sure I will lose weight! Target is 55kg when I graduate in 6 months time.
I will update my special diet plan weekly so do check my blog for my latest weight! If its good, you can use it if you need it! It will be the perfect method for losing weight for lazy and cheapo people who still wants to eat good food!!
In case you are wondering why I never mention breakfast, its because I usually wake up around lunch time! And what I mean by eat anything I can find for lunch it means what food I can find in my house, if there is no ready made food then I usually cook instant noodles or once in a blue moon cook something else.
